Help Bring Marketing Projects to Life

Are you creative, detail-oriented, and interested in how businesses build their brand presence? We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support campaign coordination, prepare promotional materials, and help keep marketing projects running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative ideas with organization, research, and teamwork in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and content for different audiences.
• Support social media activity and website content updates.
• Research competitors, industry developments, and target market trends.
• Help ensure brand messaging remains consistent across promotional materials.
• Coordinate project schedules, marketing meetings, and campaign deadlines.
• Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and campaign records.
• Assist with collecting campaign data and preparing performance summaries.
• Work with internal teams to support marketing projects and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• An interest in marketing, branding, communications, or business development.
• Confidence using standard office software and digital tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Previous marketing, administrative, or promotional experience is an advantage.

Position Details

• Pay: $19–$23 per hour
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: On-site in Chicago, IL
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
