We're looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist in Washington, DC to support marketing campaigns, develop promotional materials, and help strengthen brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on different projects, understands the importance of consistent messaging, and wants to contribute to wider business goals.

You'll work alongside the team to coordinate marketing activities, research audiences, prepare campaign content, and monitor progress. From helping shape promotional ideas to keeping campaign schedules organized, you'll play an active role in ensuring marketing projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Day to Day

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Develop and organize promotional materials, presentations, and marketing content.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and target audiences.
• Support brand messaging across digital and printed marketing materials.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and social media content where required.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign records, and internal reports.
• Monitor campaign performance and help identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support business objectives.
• Ensure marketing materials remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with a wider team.
• Previous marketing, campaign coordination, content creation, or communications experience is preferred.
