Automotive Finance Manager -- Experienced Applicants Only

Gary Mathews Motors is family-owned and has served Clarksville and Middle Tennessee for 50 years! We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We're looking for a proven automotive professional who can maximize profitability while delivering a transparent, efficient, customer-focused experience.

Previous automotive dealership finance experience is required. Applicants without dealership F&I experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, lease, warranty, and protection options clearly and professionally
• Secure competitive financing through established lender relationships
• Structure deals while maximizing profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Ensure all contracts and supporting documents are complete and accurate
• Maintain full compliance with dealership policies and all state and federal regulations
• Submit contracts promptly and resolve funding issues quickly
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure smooth deliveries
• Protect customer information and follow all required privacy and compliance procedures
• Maintain strong product penetration, per-copy averages, and funding performance
• Provide every customer with an efficient, transparent, and professional experience

Qualifications

• Proven automotive dealership F&I experience is required
• Strong working knowledge of indirect lending, leasing, warranties, and protection products
• Demonstrated ability to produce strong results without sacrificing compliance or customer trust
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings
