Telecom Quality Engineer

Summary:
Seeking a Sustaining Quality Engineer with 3+ years of experience in wireless telecommunications and product quality. This role is responsible for managing post-launch product quality, investigating customer-reported issues, driving resolutions, and implementing sustaining engineering processes to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track post-launch product quality issues and customer complaints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve product failures.
• Develop and improve sustaining quality processes and procedures.
• Monitor product performance and drive corrective actions.
• Support customers through issue resolution and relationship management.
• Utilize project management tools to track activities and deliverables.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent telecommunications industry experience.
• 3-5+ years in Quality Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, or Wireless Telecommunications.
• Experience with OEM handset products, CDMA, and GSM technologies.
• Strong customer-facing, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Experience researching and resolving technical product issues.

Nice to Have:

• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Experience working with global telecom customers and cross-functional teams
