Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $35 - 42/hr W2
Location: 100% Remote (must work ET hours)
**Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance**
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a federal technology modernization initiative. This role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to support application enhancements and legacy system modernization.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting software development and technical teams.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow assessments.
  • Analyze business rules, data requirements, and system flows.
  • Support application modernization and legacy system retirement.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Federal government or VA project experience.
  • Mortgage, lending, or loan servicing knowledge.
  • Application modernization or legacy system experience.
