Technical Business Analyst
Location: Onsite Columbus, GA
Experience: 7 10 Years
Required Skills: Business Analysis, SDLC, JCL, COBOL, Mainframe Utilities
Job Description:

Analyze business processes and gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical requirements.
Work with business, development, operations, and QA teams to support solution delivery.
Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, backlog refinement, and UAT support.
Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support mainframe-based business operations.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

7 10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and business analysis methodologies.
Knowledge of JCL, COBOL, and mainframe utilities.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Georgia.
