Regional Sales Manager - Pacific Northwest

We're a fast-growing player in the automotive aftermarket who is actively looking to add a Regional Sales Manager in the Pacific Northwest who has established contacts in the industry and a passion for the TPMS product line.

This is a true hunter role with focus on expansion into new markets, and equity/profit sharing is on the table.

**What you'll do**

• Prospect, build pipeline, and close new dealer/shop accounts in your region
• Manage and grow existing house accounts
• Conduct live product demos and training on our TPMS sensors
• Hit monthly new-business targets and overall revenue goals

**What you bring**

• 2-5 years of documented outside B2B sales success with direct experience selling and servicing TPMS sensors
• Comfortable with in-person cold & warm calls, shop counter presentations, and technician training
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy but knows how to use a CRM
• Clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel extensively on weeklong sales trips to establish your own customer base.

**Compensation**

• $65k-85k Salary (DOE)
• 10% commission paid on gross profit → realistic first-year OTE $100k+
• Monthly vehicle and cell phone allowance
• Health Insurance stipend after 60 days
• Profit-sharing / equity grant eligibility after 24 months
