Marketing Coordinator Location: Santa Monica, CA Industry: Automotive Technology / Digital Marketplace Pay: $25-$30/hr Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Initial Contract: Approximately 6 months with a chance to convert Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Work Arrangement: Primarily remote through December, transitioning to a hybrid schedule in January Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Partner Marketing Coordinator to support a growing Partner Marketing team within the automotive technology industry. This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketing professional with 1+ year of experience who wants to grow their skills across partner marketing, email campaigns, digital marketing, copywriting, and project coordination. The Partner Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives across a large network of external partners, coordinate incoming marketing requests, develop marketing content, and ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing requests and projects from initial request through final approval Support email and digital marketing campaigns for external partners Write and edit copy for newsletters, emails, digital ads, print ads, and other marketing collateral Assist with the development of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations Support digital creative asset development and advertising operations Manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and competing priorities Communicate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality Collect data and assist with analyzing marketing results Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies Qualifications 1+ year of marketing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assignments Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with external partners Strong interest in partner marketing, digital marketing, campaign coordination, and content development Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
