Service Business Development Representative

Gwinnett Place Nissan is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Business Development Representative to join our team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, driving customer engagement and promoting our dealership’s service offerings. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a positive service experience, contributing to the overall growth and success of our service department.

• Contact existing and prospective customers to schedule service appointments and promote service specials.
• Follow up on service recommendations and recalls to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and service appointments in the dealership’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to provide timely updates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase service department sales and customer loyalty.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service roles preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Xtime, and Microsoft Office Suite beneficial, but not a requirement.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $30,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
