Business Development Manager, Personal Care

In this role you will drive growth for Ecolab's Personal Care portfolio by developing and executing regional market strategies that expand brand presence and win in critical markets. You will act as a liaison between Life Sciences and customer segments, delivering value-driven solutions that combine products, services, and technical support. You'll balance market insight with cross-functional collaboration to improve customer operations and support global growth. • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for your geography to expand market share and establish Ecolab as a regional industry partner
• Create and implement a go-to-market strategy using market intel and competitive analysis with senior-management oversight
• Monitor competitor activity and adapt approaches to maximize customer value and profitability
• Leverage Personal Care industry knowledge to build credibility with current and prospective customers
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline in key markets, cultivating leads and closing opportunities
• Prepare and deliver customized total value proposals for programs and partnerships
• Coordinate access to technical support across relevant functions
• Maintain effective internal communication to meet customer needs
• Provide timely, accurate sales forecasts to guide management decisions
• Location flexibility with proximity to a major airport

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree
• 5 years of practical experience in Personal Care, VMS production (CIP / COP platforms)
• Ability to travel 80% within North America
• Experience in understanding/troubleshooting cleaning and sanitization for personal care customers (CIP / COP platforms)
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to obtain international travel visas as required
