As Carrier Field Engineering Manager, you lead a team of Field Engineers who guide major US carrier partners and their enterprise clients in adopting Apple technologies. You translate business and technical goals into actionable solutions, removing barriers and accelerating platform adoption. You'll build cross-functional relationships to deliver seamless integration of Apple hardware, software, and services. • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Field Engineers
• Act as trusted advisor to carriers and enterprise clients

• Approximately 7+ years of experience leading technical, solutions-oriented teams
• Strong business acumen with understanding of financial drivers and growth strategy
• Experience with complex IT enterprise environments, deployment strategies, security frameworks, and mobile architectures
• Extensive background in mobile technology and solutions including carrier networks (5G, Private Networks, Network Slicing), MDM, and advanced security
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
