Sr Principal Execution Business Specialist (PPM / EVM)

In this role you will lead the performance and profitability of critical defense programs within a world-class engineering environment. You'll drive EVMS-based planning and schedule management, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution. You'll shape integrated baselines, risk management, and reporting for programs typically valued at tens of millions to hundreds of millions. • Lead cost and schedule baseline development, performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting for large programs
• Develop and integrate WBS, IMP, IMS, and time-phased budgets for proposals and programs
• Apply EAC, Management Reserve, risk/opportunity management, and subcontractor/material performance analysis
• Define automation requirements and improve EVMS and scheduling tools; provide training
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
• Manage program performance with senior stakeholders and customers across multiple contracts and sites

• Expertise in EVMS, integrated performance management, and cost/schedule development for complex defense programs
• Experience with WBS/IMP/IMS/time-phased budgets
• Advanced knowledge of EAC, Management Reserve, risk and opportunity management, subcontractor/material analysis
• Proficiency in EVMS tools and Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with defense/federal contracting and DCMA/DCaa audits
• PMI Scheduling Professional certification preferred
• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree or higher with significant relevant experience
