Lead HR Business Partner

In this Lead HR Business Partner role, you will shape people strategies for the Space & Mission Systems segment, acting as a trusted advisor to segment leaders. You'll drive HR initiatives to boost operational effectiveness and deliver tailored HR solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration to align with SMS and enterprise priorities. This is an opportunity to influence people outcomes at scale while supporting national security missions.

• Serve as primary HR contact for frontline employees in the segment functions
• Partner with leaders on performance management, development, and team dynamics
• Support segment-level HR strategies and initiatives aligned to SMS and enterprise priorities
• Assist with requisition administration and internal job changes
• Coordinate with Corporate HR, Segment HR COEs, and HR Operations for consistent program application
• Identify recurring field issues to inform segment-level HR priorities
• Collaborate with leaders and HRBPs on complex employee relations and sensitive organizational matters
• Oversee monthly people data reviews and trend analysis with HR data teams
• Perform data tasks including roster management and HR system audits
• Lead and execute HR special projects and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with 7 years; or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with HRIS systems, talent management platforms, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
