Senior HR Business Partner

As Senior HR Business Partner in Fremont, you'll serve as the on-site HR partner during a period of growth and transformation. You collaborate closely with site leadership to align people strategy with business priorities, coaching leaders and guiding workforce decisions. You'll address complex employee matters, ensure compliant HR practices, and help scale manufacturing capabilities. This is a hands-on, business-focused role with visibility across the site and the U.S. HR organization.

• Serve as trusted HR partner to Fremont leadership to translate business priorities into practical people solutions
• Coach and challenge leaders on structure, leadership capability, performance, engagement, retention, and other people matters
• Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks, and actions to strengthen organizational effectiveness
• Translate growth and production priorities into workforce plans, structure, and capability requirements
• Support scaling efforts including new work, technologies, teams, and organizational structures with change considerations
• Partner with Recruiting to develop hiring and retention strategies across hourly, technical, professional, and leadership roles
• Provide leadership on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliant, well-documented decisions
• Deliver hands-on HR support across onboarding, changes, leaves, compensation, performance, relations, and separations
• Ensure program and policy consistency with U.S. HR and governance, and maintain knowledge of CA and federal employment requirements
• Support HR reporting, audits, and workforce analytics as required

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience as HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, aerospace/defense, technology environments
• Experience guiding growth, transformation, or introduction/transfer of new work
• Strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws and HR compliance
• Experience managing complex employee relations and workplace investigations
• Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
• Ability to influence leaders across multiple levels; candidate should be able to operate independently in a fast-paced setting
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
