AI & Data Director - Finance & Risk Data Delivery

As the leader of AI, data, and analytics initiatives, you will shape enterprise strategy and oversee delivery of data products and platforms that power Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting. You will partner with senior leaders to align data and AI capabilities with regulatory requirements and business objectives. You will drive large-scale transformations, ensure data governance and quality, and enable informed decision-making through scalable architectures. • Lead enterprise AI, data, and analytics strategies aligned with executives' goals and regulatory requirements
• Partner with senior Finance, Risk, and Regulatory leaders to set strategic priorities and deliver data-driven solutions
• Define and drive enterprise data strategy including scalable data products and modern architectures
• Lead large-scale transformation programs to enhance reporting capabilities and data quality
• Oversee development, deployment, and operation of AI models, analytics solutions, and data platforms
• Design and implement data products and trusted data assets for reporting, compliance, risk, forecasting, and financial management
• Collaborate with business, technology, governance, and operations teams to integrate AI/data into enterprise applications and reporting ecosystems
• Enforce data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, and control frameworks to meet policies and regulatory expectations
• Measure effectiveness of AI/analytics initiatives using metrics tied to business outcomes and continuous improvement
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and contributing to IP development in AI/data capabilities
• Lead and develop multiple AI/data/engineering/analytics teams through managers and technical leaders
• Coach and develop talent, promoting AI literacy, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking
• Influence enterprise decisions through thought leadership and executive advisory
• Build strong internal and external partnerships to translate challenges into measurable business value
• Ensure scalable, secure, compliant data solutions that support evolving regulatory obligations and risk programs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of professional AI/data experience with progressive management responsibilities
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI/data-driven solutions
