Finance Manager

As Finance Manager at Kodiak Robotics, you will strengthen our financial backbone in a fast-paced startup. You'll help drive FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, and strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights. You'll build and refine financial models, forecasts, and reporting that inform executive decisions and strategic investments. • Lead and enhance FP&A processes, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning
• Partner with business functions to provide financial guidance on commercial opportunities and investments
• Create detailed financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flows, costs, capital structure, and M&A
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc performance analysis and KPIs, identifying variance reduction opportunities
• Assist in developing and implementing an FP&A system
• Participate in quarterly close, public company reporting, and drive process improvements

• 5+ years of corporate FP&A and finance experience
• At least 3 years at a publicly traded, tech company (preferred)
• Advanced financial and business modeling skills
• Strong ability to analyze complex topics, visualize data, and derive actionable insights
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams and a detail-oriented mindset
• Strong accounting and systems aptitude
