Finance Associate, Venture Capital

In this role you will oversee fund accounting and reporting for a growing tech-focused venture capital firm. You'll work closely with finance leadership to manage closes, NAV calculations, and LP reporting across funds and SPVs. You'll engage with fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers, supporting valuations, regulatory reporting, and portfolio updates. The position emphasizes improving workflows through automation and AI, shaping efficient, scalable fund operations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful impact on transparency and investor communications.

• Manage monthly and quarterly close activities across funds and SPVs, including reconciliations and NAV calculations.
• Prepare capital account statements, investor allocations, and LP reporting packages.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers.
• Support investment valuations, performance reporting, and portfolio updates.
• Maintain fund cash activity, investment records, and transaction documentation.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting.
• Improve accounting workflows and reporting through automation and AI tools.
