In this role you will serve as a hands-on Business Analyst focused on regulatory and compliance initiatives within Corporate & Investment Banking. You will translate complex regulatory changes into actionable requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality analysis and documentation. Your deep dive approach will uncover risks and dependencies while guiding regulatory reporting and data analysis efforts. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping compliance outcomes in a fast-paced financial services environment.

• Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, technology, legal, and operations teams
• Gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements with stakeholders
• Support regulatory-driven initiatives ensuring alignment with compliance expectations and timelines
• Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation within defined SLAs
• Interpret regulatory requirements into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
• Support regulatory reporting and data analysis efforts
• Engage with cross-functional teams within CIB and frontline business units
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to regulatory changes

• 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience
• Strong background in regulatory and compliance initiatives (US or Global)
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis
• Knowledge of financial markets and banking operations
• Proven ability to assess regulatory impact across business functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships
