Procurement Team - Associate Director of Finance - M6 - (Hybrid)

In this role you will drive the finance interface to Raytheon's Procurement team, shaping sourcing and investment decisions in a defense-focused, supply-constrained environment. You'll partner with SBU and Functional Finance to align procurement with financial commitments, lead data-driven insights, and support strategic negotiations. You'll build and mentor cross-functional teams, optimize material availability, and advance procurement processes at scale. • Provide finance input to supplier negotiations and participate in strategic negotiations
• Support business case development and value-driven procurement decisions
• Coordinate across SBU and Functional Finance to align procurement with financial commitments
• Develop processes for material PV tracking, CER pool management, KPI tracking, and Best Value Source Selection
• Conduct constraint analyses to improve material availability in factories
• Act as a catalyst for data driven decision making
• Manage direct and indirect CER pools
• Lead cross-functional teams to design actionable procurement processes
• Support multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Influence executive stakeholders and drive continuous process improvement

• University degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years (or advanced degree with 10+ years)
• Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to travel >50% to support initiatives
• Experience with financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
• Executive communication experience and proficiency in PowerPoint
• Excel modeling experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Exposure to analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau
