Finance Lead - Financial Management Staff

As Financial Management Staff (E4) - Portfolio Lead, you will steer a F-22 Sustainment portfolio, shaping financial plans and forecasts to drive program success. You'll lead a team of analysts, setting priorities and ensuring timely, high-quality analysis. You'll manage budget execution, funding positions, and risk/opportunity assessment while communicating impacts to leadership. Your work strengthens cross-functional collaboration with the Program Office, Contracts, and the U.S. Air Force. This role offers autonomy to apply sound judgment and deliver portfolio-wide insights that influence strategic decisions.

• Lead a portfolio within F-22 Sustainment and guide a team of analysts
• Oversee budget execution, forecasts, and funding positions; identify risks and opportunities
• Communicate financial impacts clearly to leadership and resolve issues
• Engage with Program Office, Contracts, and U.S. Air Force to align financial plans
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting and data consolidation
• Apply analytics, visualization, and trend analysis to inform strategy and decisions
• Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP and related controls
• Support proposal development and basis of estimate where required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or 4 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Experience with large cost-type US Government contracts and Earned Value Management
• Experience with SAP and Deltek COBRA
