As Director, People & Culture Business Partnership you drive people strategy to enable Limbach's growth. You lead a P&C partnership team, shaping workforce plans and organization design across regions and branches. You partner with leaders to ensure a high-performance culture, leadership readiness, and strong employee experience. This role blends strategy, governance and change leadership to scale the business while upholding Limbach's core values. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with impact on talent and organizational effectiveness.

• Leads and develops the P&C Business Partnership function, shaping strategies aligned to growth targets
• Translates growth strategy into workforce plans, organizational design, and leadership pipeline
• Provides strategic coaching to leaders on talent, performance, culture, and development
• Executes talent reviews, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration on talent solutions
• Leads continuous improvement to improve employee experience, retention, and engagement
• Partners with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to deploy talent acquisition, total rewards, and HR operations
• Champions governance, compliance and risk management while acting as a brand ambassador

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with workforce planning and organization design
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• Strong communication, leadership presence and business acumen
• Experience supporting a multi-site or field-based workforce
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
• Track record of driving results through talent and organizational strategies
