Senior Associate, Business Strategy - Listings, Capital Markets & ETFs

In this role you partner with NYSE leadership to turn performance data into strategic insights that drive growth. You own end-to-end analytics, from reporting and forecasting to major strategic projects. You will monitor capital markets trends and build dashboards that inform leadership discussions. Your work supports cross-functional collaboration and helps shape listings, IPOs, and ETF initiatives at the exchange.

• Lead recurring performance reporting for Global Listings by translating KPIs into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Support forecasting and annual budget processes with inputs on listings activity, IPO and ETF pipelines
• Assist with annual listing fee billing cycles and maintain awareness of fee schedules
• Monitor capital markets activity and macro indicators to provide market insights for leadership updates
• Develop industry and peer trading analyses to support issuer pitches and leadership discussions
• Build and maintain datasets and dashboards; automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency
• Drive strategic projects from ideation to execution and support internal operations (e.g., Salesforce and workflow improvements)

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field
• 2+ years in strategy, financial analysis, consulting, capital markets, or related analytical role
• Understanding of capital markets including IPOs, ETFs, and market structure
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with market data platforms a plus (FactSet, Dealogic, PitchBook)
• Strong analytical skills and high accuracy with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders
