FS/ Anti-Fraud Risk Management - Consultant, Business Consulting

In this role you will partner with financial institutions to translate business needs into technology solutions for anti-fraud programs. You will collaborate with business and engineering teams to elicit requirements, define user stories, and guide Agile deliveries. You'll analyze processes, data flows, and systems to enable practical, scalable fraud prevention capabilities. This opportunity offers hands-on influence across identity verification, fraud detection, and case management in credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management. You'll work from an Infosys or client office part-time, with a clear path to impact on high-stakes financial services programs.

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives and fraud-related program needs
• Plan and facilitate project workshops
• Collaborate with engineers and testers to deliver outcomes

• Analyze systems, business processes, data models, workflows, and integrations
• Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and UAT test cases
• Support project delivery and travel as needed

• 5-8 years in financial services (credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management)
• Experience delivering technology solutions for anti-fraud programs
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery with requirements elicitation
