Global Finance Manager, Nylon - United States

As Global Finance Manager, you will lead the financial consolidation and distribution finance for the Nylon business, shaping the global finance capability. You will partner with business leaders to drive value creation and better decision making, building a high-performing team and a consistent global narrative. You'll influence diverse stakeholders, uncover profitable opportunities, and support strategic initiatives that scale the finance function across regions. • Oversee global consolidations of financial results and distribution finance capability for Nylon
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on Principled Entrepreneurs culture
• Partner with finance teams to drive accountability, identify KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with regional commercial finance to ensure accurate financial statements and global consistency
• Develop a global financial story for diverse audiences including Koch and INVISTA stakeholders
• Provide insights to supply chain and logistics leadership on key performance drivers and spend
• Support global reporting requirements including valuation, goodwill analysis, and 5-year pro forma
• Contribute to Board reporting and strategic financial analyses

• Experience leading or supervising employees
• Experience applying accounting concepts and financial statement analysis to build organizational capability
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholders

• 5+ years of applied financial analysis or related experience (FP&A, economic modeling, cost analysis)
• Experience with financial modeling, driver analysis, and business strategy visualization
