Sr Project Finance Attorney

In this role you will provide lead legal support for complex renewables portfolio financings, including project and corporate finance. You will draft, negotiate, and advise internal clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and budget alignment. Your work helps enable financing for renewables projects, joint ventures, and tax equity transactions at scale. This is a client-facing, high-impact legal role that supports strategic growth in energy assets.

• Provide written and oral legal advice to clients
• Anticipate and mitigate legal risks impacting the organization
• Monitor budget and minimize reliance on outside counsel
• Flag potentially material legal issues to senior leadership
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• State Bar membership in good standing
• High School Grad / GED
• Juris Doctorate
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 5+ years
