Supply Chain Finance Director

As a Supply Chain Finance Director, you will align commercial, operational, and financial plans to drive profitable growth and healthy working capital. You connect demand, inventory, and financial forecasts, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations. Your leadership in inventory planning and IBP ensures supply and financial objectives stay in sync. You will leverage analytics and automation to enhance planning processes and reporting. This role offers impact across budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a global specialty food business.

• Participate in the IBP process to connect commercial/operational plans with financial forecasts and inventory needs
• Own the inventory ordering process by translating forecasts and production requirements into procurement recommendations
• Develop inventory forecasts including turns, weeks of supply, cash needs, and obsolescence risk
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with emphasis on revenue, inventory, and working capital
• Lead improvements to planning processes, systems, master data, reporting controls, and technology (AI, automation, BI, analytics)

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years in finance, FP&A, inventory management, or supply chain planning
• Experience supporting inventory in consumer products, manufacturing, or inventory-intensive environments
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of inventory management, working capital, COGS, and financial impact of supply-demand decisions
