Human Resources Business Partner - Centralia, MO

In this onsite role, you will support daily HR operations across a manufacturing site, partnering with plant leadership to foster a high-performance culture. You'll manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, policy enforcement, and employee inquiries to ensure smooth HR service delivery. You will help drive engagement, performance processes, and compliance with labor laws. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence workforce development and continuous improvement within a global manufacturing company.

• Provide daily HR support to manufacturing employees and maintain positive employee relations
• Recruit, interview, and hire for open positions; collaborate with managers on required skills
• Prepare offer letters, conduct new hire orientation, and manage employee recognition programs
• Conduct workplace investigations and address employee concerns
• Support labor relations and union administrative activities
• Coordinate performance review programs for effectiveness, compliance, and equity
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, Finance, IT, and operations on HR initiatives
• Update HR systems and ensure timely customer service to employees

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Management
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Manufacturing HR experience and union experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Strong time management and deadline adherence
• Proficient with or able to learn HRIS and talent management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
