Sr. Director Finance - Pharmacy Automation

Senior finance leader driving the Global Pharmacy Automation business, partnering with the BU President to shape strategy, planning, and performance. You will build financial models, guide investments and new product development, and ensure strong governance and decision support. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, while aligning priorities with the company's growth objectives. This role offers impact across strategy, M&A considerations, and cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.

• Lead 3-year strategic plan (ASR), annual budget, and quarterly forecast
• Develop and enhance underlying financial models
• Contribute to strategy formulation and objective setting for Global Pharmacy Automation
• Provide proactive financial input on performance and operational factors
• Support new business development including acquisitions, divestitures, licenses, and product development
• Collaborate with the President to establish and publish key performance metrics and reporting
• Present and interpret financial data to Pharmacy Automation leadership
• Participate in S&OP to align demand, supply, and financial projections
• Lead and develop Finance and Accounting teams, driving process, people, and system improvements
• Ensure alignment of priorities with short- and long-term business objectives

• 15+ years in Financial Planning, Business Analytics, Controller, or related roles
• Proven ability to form, lead and develop a Finance team
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, finance principles and internal controls
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex matters
• Excellent financial modelling and project management skills
