Trade Finance Manager

In this role you will lead trade finance operations across North America, Latin America, and Corporate segments, shaping strategies that optimize transactions and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work with cross functional teams to manage credit exposure and implement policy improvements. Your impact comes from building and refining trade finance solutions that support commercial deals and protect financial performance. This role offers a chance to influence Honeywell's global treasury initiatives and operate in a hybrid Charlotte setting with direct reporting to the Senior Director Treasury Americas.

• Manage trade finance operations including guarantees, letters of credit, and other instruments
• Develop and implement policies to optimize processes and minimize risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify exposures and mitigate risk
• Partner with commercial teams to structure deals involving trade finance instruments
• Maintain records of issued instruments and proactively cancel unused ones

• 6+ years of experience in trade finance or treasury operations with progressive responsibilities
• Strong understanding of trade finance instruments, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective trade finance strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in trade finance systems and financial analysis tools
• Solid understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of guarantees and trade finance instruments
