Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights - Tax, Withholdings & Garnishments

As Senior Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise earnings compliance initiatives, partnering with cross-functional leaders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities. You drive analytics, KPI development, automation, and AI-driven insights to improve earnings accuracy and compliance. You influence product roadmaps and oversee end-to-end readiness activities for production launches. • Lead strategy and execution of enterprise earnings compliance initiatives (tax reporting, withholdings, garnishments, liens, contractor payments).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Tax, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities and processes.
• Drive analytics, KPI development, automation, and AI-powered innovation to improve earnings accuracy and compliance outcomes.
• Influence product roadmaps and investment decisions using data-driven insights and root-cause analysis.
• Lead end-to-end business readiness activities, including requirements definition, UAT strategy and execution, defect governance, deployment oversight, and production launch.

• Deep expertise in tax operations, payroll compliance, and financial controls (W-9, 1099, withholdings, garnishments, liens, independent contractor compliance).
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives across Tax Operations, Tech, Legal, and Compliance in regulated environments.
• Experience with ADP payroll platforms, including garnishment and lien administration, compliance, deduction management, and reporting.
• Understanding of gig economy, fintech, and contractor earnings ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable solutions; strong leadership and communication skills.
