HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner for the Enterprise Chief Operating Office, you will align with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions through the HR Consulting Function and HR Centers of Expertise. You will drive workforce planning, organization design, and leadership coaching while leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled insights to inform decisions. You'll partner with COEs to ensure practical, business-aligned HR solutions and lead or support change initiatives that create lasting impact. • 8+ years in a HR Business Partner or similar advisory role
• Strong consulting capability and experience coaching senior leaders
• Ability to analyze data, assess risk and apply sound judgment
• Deep HR policy, practice and process knowledge
• Collaborative relationship management and understanding of workforce planning
• Effective communication and change leadership
• Problem-solving with policies and best practices
• Experience leading or contributing to small projects
• Awareness of external market and competition
• Experience with Workday preferred
