Senior Manager - Finance AI & Data Strategy

In this role you shape AI and data strategies to reinvent Finance functions for CFOs and senior Finance leadership. You'll bridge Finance domain expertise with AI delivery to craft transformative roadmaps and measurable ROI. You work closely with cross-functional teams to embed intelligence in FP&A, Controllership, Close, Treasury and Tax. This is a client-facing, impact-driven leadership role within Accenture's AI & Data Strategy practice.

• Lead Finance-specific AI strategy engagements to define visions for FP&A, Controllership, Financial Close, Treasury and Tax
• Design AI-enabled Finance process reinvention and future-state architectures
• Translate Finance requirements into AI functional designs with tech and data engineering teams
• Develop business cases, ROI-driven roadmaps and investment profiles for Finance AI transformations
• Shape AI Operating Model for Finance functions, including governance, people, and processes
• Infuse Responsible AI principles ensuring compliance, auditability, and explainability in Finance AI solutions
• Build trusted client relationships with CFOs and Finance leadership through domain fluency and hands-on AI expertise
• Originating and shaping new opportunities by leading go-to-market activities and driving full sales cycles

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of experience in Finance functional roles or Finance transformation consulting
• 7+ years of AI & Data experience with finance applications
• 7+ years of high-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and leadership of workstreams
• 2+ years of AI & Data delivery specifically within finance
• Experience in Finance AI Strategy & Business Case development, Data Assessment, Technology Assessment, Process Reinvention, Functional Design, and AI Operating Model Design for Finance
• Experience leading senior-level conversations with CFOs and Finance leadership
• Strong program management and communication skills
