Finance Analytics & AI Manager

In this Finance Analytics & AI Manager role within Deloitte's Finance Transformation team, you will lead AI-enabled solutions for large enterprises, bridging business and technical teams. You'll shape hypotheses and requirements, guide solution design, and mentor team members while delivering measurable value to clients. This role combines analytics, AI, and finance domain work to drive transformation across planning, forecasting, and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes and scalable delivery, with opportunities to influence business development and client strategy.

• Lead AI solution development and deployment; manage client relationships and ensure quality and outcomes
• Act as techno-functional bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams; clarify requirements and provide guidance
• Lead engagements or workstreams to design and implement AI-enabled business and technology solutions
• Partner with developers to translate requirements into build specs; guide development, testing, and deployment
• Translate business needs into AI-related functional/technical design requirements aligned to outcomes
• Engage clients to identify issues and high-impact AI use cases; shape value cases and design requirements
• Perform assessments using quantitative and qualitative methods to inform architecture decisions
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery plans; manage end-to-end delivery and post-implementation review
• Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, and mentoring team members

• Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science or related field; equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of Python or similar language software development experience
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP)
• Track record of production-grade AI solutions from concept to launch
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers
• Experience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures
• Proficiency with Python and SQL in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments for analytics/ML/data engineering/automation
• Experience architecting generative/agentic AI across infra, model, and app layers; familiarity with platforms like NVIDIA, AWS, GCP, Azure; models such as GPT-4o, Claude, Llama; apps like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Experience with finance data and use cases (planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, profitability, cost allocations)
• Ability to travel 50%; limited immigration sponsorship may be available
