Business Development Intelligence Community Software Transformation Solutions Architect

In this remote role, you drive end-to-end software transformation for the Intelligence Community, shaping innovative, price-competitive solutions. You work closely with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to address customer needs with differentiated technical capabilities. You lead the development of high-quality technical solutions and proposals for complex programs. You will champion modernization, cloud migration, and integration across technical and management domains, delivering tangible impact for national security missions.

• Develop a complete, highest-rated technical solution and price-competitive proposal
• Identify technical resources required to support Pre-B&P and B&P activities
• Tackle unusually complex problems with innovative, tailored solutions
• Lead or support the Technical Solution development, including Approach, Graphics, and Roadmap
• Support capture by presenting SAIC capabilities to customers

• Bachelors and 18+ years of related experience (or equivalent)
• Proven experience delivering innovative digital solutions in modernization and cloud migration
• Experience winning large government Engineering, IT, or Mission Support programs
• Extensive proposal experience as lead technical architect on large procurements (>$50M)
• Understanding of SAFe and Agile
• Customer affinity with National Intelligence agencies
• Strong leadership to articulate solutions across stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience transitioning solutions into proposals
• Understanding of costs, schedule, and level of effort for delivering a solution
• U.S. Citizen with TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass polygraph
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
