Automotive Finance Manager - Coggin Toyota at The Avenues

In this role you drive profitable automotive finance operations while upholding compliance and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You lead and develop the finance team, structure deals, and foster lender relationships to support timely funding. You partner with sales and service to smooth the customer journey and grow referrals. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where integrity and performance matter.

• Structure finance deals for all producers and ensure compliance with laws
• Manage deal flow to maximize profit and oversee department revenue including adjustments
• Oversee, train and develop Finance staff; coach and lead to top performance
• Improve bank relations and reduce C.I.T. errors
• Build rapport with customers to grow referrals and network
• Sell finance and insurance products to customers
• Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and funding in a timely manner
• Meet monthly objectives and deliver proper menu presentations
• Understand tag and title laws (DMV) and ensure adherence to regulations
• Collaborate with sales and service advisors on warranty information and turnover
• Maintain reputation with lenders and maximize profit with management
• Pass pre-employment screening requirements and maintain high ethical standards

• Minimum 3 years Automotive Finance experience
• Strong work ethic and ethical standards
• Proven performance track record
• Self-motivated and goal-driven; team player with leadership skills
• Able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Proficient in computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP/CDK)
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug screening
