Senior People Business Partner, Sales

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will partner with Sales leaders to shape org strategy and drive transformational initiatives that enable rapid growth. You'll design scalable structures, coach leaders, and steer talent programs to boost performance across the GTM function. On-site collaboration in San Mateo is expected, and you'll influence critical business decisions through data-driven insights. • Serve as trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent strategy for Sales
• Partner with new leaders to assess team structure and design scalable orgs
• Use data and insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence decisions
• Lead talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and investigations with fair, legally sound resolutions
• Help leaders navigate ambiguity and growth while maintaining a high-performance culture
• Lead organizational transformation efforts including org design, workforce planning, change management, and operating model evolution

• 6+ years of HRBP experience supporting high-growth GTM or Sales orgs
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders through organizational change and scaling
• Proven success in org design and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Ability to influence at all levels with sound business acumen
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate people data into actionable recommendations
• Comfort with broad ownership across talent, leadership, and organizational initiatives
