Director, HR Business Partner (Technology)

As Director, HR Business Partner, you will partner with Technology leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. You will drive organizational design, change management, and succession planning to support Heartflow's growth. You'll foster a high-performance culture with focus on engagement, DEI, and ethical, compliant practices. You will translate HR metrics into actionable insights for leaders to shape workforce strategy. • Partner with Technology leaders (R&D & Product) to align HR strategies with business goals
• Drive organizational design, change management, employee relations, and succession planning to boost effectiveness
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices
• Develop strategies to foster a high-performance culture, with emphasis on engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights on workforce trends, talent management, and organizational health
• Ensure compliance with laws and uphold ethical standards in HR practices

• Proven track record partnering with leaders to drive business results through HR strategies and initiatives
• Experience supporting technical teams (technology, engineering, R&D & product)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with deep understanding of HR best practices and emerging technologies
• Experience with change management
