Oracle Finance Senior Consultant

In this role you help clients define cloud strategy and deliver Oracle Cloud Financials implementations that improve performance and value. You will collaborate with client teams and cross-functional members to design and implement scalable financial processes, drive transformation, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You'll work on current-state and future-state process design, prototyping, testing, and post-go-live support, with a focus on efficiency and informed decision-making. • Gather requirements and design business processes for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Support requirements, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and process design activities
• Prototype, configure, test, and train for Oracle Cloud Financials deployments
• Lead current-state and future-state process design and identify efficiency opportunities
• Prepare deliverables and coordinate workstreams across project phases
• Contribute to business development activities and proposal materials
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Provide post-go-live support planning and guidance

• Functional implementation experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 3+ years' experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules
• Experience supporting systems strategy, requirements, fit-gap, process design, and testing
• Ability to travel 50%
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
