Property Finance Senior Analyst

In this role you support property-level and corporate accounting for a real estate investment firm in Torrance, driving accurate financial reporting and fund administration coordination. You own full-cycle accounting for multiple assets and partner with external fund administrators to ensure timely statements and audits. You will enhance reporting through the real estate ERP and Yardi systems, delivering insight to support decision-making. This on-site, hands-on position offers growth in asset-level and entity-level finance within a collaborative team.

• Full-cycle accounting for multiple properties including monthly close and variance analysis
• CAM reconciliations, straight-line rent, and security deposits accounting
• Bank reconciliations, cash management, AP, tenant billing, and lease administration
• Support corporate GL, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
• Prepare fund-level statements, investor reporting, and audit support with outside fund administrators
• Maintain investor/portfolio data in the IM portal and build custom Yardi reports for management and lenders
• Streamline close and reporting workflows across the portfolio
• Assist with lender reporting packages and covenant compliance documentation

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with property or real estate focus
• Hands-on experience with large real estate ERP systems, IM portal, and Yardi Voyager
• CAM reconciliation experience required
• Experience with outside fund administrators preferred
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA a plus
• Must be local and able to work on-site 5 days per week
