Director, Business Execution

As Director, you will lead cross-functional execution for business management, resiliency, and regulatory priorities within the Global Payments & Trade function. You will align enterprise requirements with practical plans across business, technology, and controls partners to strengthen readiness and governance. You'll orchestrate preparedness activities, monitor risk and compliance frameworks, and coordinate regulatory and legal entity governance. • Lead development, testing, and maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery plans aligned with enterprise standards
• Coordinate preparedness and response for disruptions to support timely recovery of critical services
• Oversee readiness activities including business impact assessments, continuity and recovery planning, and post-event reviews
• Collaborate with business, partners, and control teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment of response capabilities
• Lead or coordinate testing of resiliency and recovery capabilities (scenario tests, tabletop exercises) and drive remediation from findings
• Promote accountability and disciplined execution across the function
• Measure and improve governance processes, leveraging automation and designing clear RACI frameworks
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and procedures through governance routines
• Translate enterprise requirements into clear processes, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Design change plans with stakeholder engagement, communications, and training, and prepare materials for governance forums

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in financial services, risk, controls, resiliency, governance, or related discipline
• Understanding of large financial institution operating environments and cross-functional interactions
• Experience leading or supporting business continuity or operational readiness activities
• Experience managing remediation programs, audit responses, or control governance
• Understanding of regulatory expectations for global financial institutions
• Hands-on AI platform experience with ability to structure context, prompt, and workflow design
• Ability to translate enterprise requirements into practical, business-aligned execution plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
