Director Business Development

In this role you will drive growth by expanding referral channels and physician partnerships to support Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital's mission. You will collaborate with discharge planners, clinicians, and sales leadership to promote service lines and optimize revenue. You will analyze market data to shape strategies, manage a team, and ensure effective use of our CRM to track activity and outcomes. • Collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referral sources
• Partner with facility and division sales leadership to communicate service line value to physicians and market groups
• Build relationships with admissions/intake and education staff to support referrals
• Analyze market utilization data for facility service lines
• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan to increase revenues
• Ensure referral priorities align with organizational vision and strategic goals
• Document all activity in Salesforce and maintain CRM records
• Analyze market demographics to understand patient populations and trends
• Develop sales and retention strategies with medical staff leadership
• Execute referral and retention plans, close new sources, and conduct follow-up meetings
• Prepare regular reports on trends, opportunities, and obstacles to growth
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, and performance management to ensure department efficiency
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Bachelor
• 5+ years in healthcare business development
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
