Structured Finance - Structured Credit & CLOs, Associate Director (Chicago)

In this role, you will join Fitch Ratings' Structured Credit & CLOs team in Chicago to drive informed rating actions and research. You'll analyze CLO ratings with proprietary models, present conclusions to a credit committee, and draft rating commentary for market participants. • Analyze CLO ratings using proprietary models
• Prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee
• Draft rating action commentary reports for market participants
• Contribute to recurring and special research publications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative discipline
• At least four years of experience in finance, preferably CLOs or Structured Finance
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• High personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
• Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and concisely
• Interest in capital markets and structured finance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; programming knowledge is a plus
