Plant Finance Analyst

In this role you partner with plant leadership to translate operational performance into financial targets and insights. You will build budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with production drivers, and deliver analyses that inform cost controls and productivity decisions. By turning plant data into actionable recommendations, you support margins and financial health across the facility. This position offers a chance to influence operational outcomes through rigorous financial modeling and cross-functional collaboration.

• Partner with plant leadership to translate operational performance into financial targets and decision support
• Prepare plant budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models incorporating production assumptions
• Conduct variance analysis, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions for labor, overhead, and material usage
• Collaborate with plant teams to validate data, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance understanding of cost behavior
• Support development of standardized operational and financial metrics across the facility
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities linking plant performance to margin and cost outcomes
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to plant management and Finance leadership
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting, and data quality

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• 4+ years of finance or related experience with direct FP&A and/or manufacturing experience
• Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling
• CPA or CFA preferred
