Finance Manager - United States

In this role you will partner with business leadership to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success for a strategic global business within Molex. You will provide financial insight through forecasting, planning, and performance reviews, influencing senior leadership decisions. You'll work cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities, pursue continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives with data-driven analysis. • Provide concise commentary on performance, drivers, opportunities, and risks
• Translate financial results into actionable insights that drive profitability improvements
• Develop scenarios, analyses, and decision-support models for leadership
• Lead revenue forecasting and coordinate with demand and supply planning for manufacturing signals
• Evaluate customer opportunities, new product launches, footprint optimization, capacity expansions, and strategic investments
• Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data quality using Snowflake and Power BI

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Progressive experience in finance, FP&A, operations finance, or business partnering roles
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with complex data
