Senior Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting

In this role you help shape property-wide financial strategy and drive brand initiatives through sound financial leadership. You will provide financial expertise to support the brand service strategy and maximize ROI, while aligning the property's business plan with the broader brand direction. You'll support budgeting, forecasting, and risk controls to deliver strong financial results. The position offers opportunity to lead a Finance & Accounting team and collaborate with owners and cross-functional partners to influence decision-making and performance.

• Develop profit-improvement opportunities and evaluate cost/benefit for new business ideas
• Forecast sales, analyze expenses, and prepare annual budgets
• Monitor actual vs. projected sales and wage variances for budgeting efficiency
• Support creation of annual operating budget and ongoing budget reviews
• Identify cost savings and productivity opportunities for property managers
• Implement appropriate controls to manage business risk
• Provide financial analysis for strategic plans and annual business plans aligned with brand strategy
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Oversee audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and contractual requirements
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and owner communications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major with 1 year of experience; or
• Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major with no work experience
