Senior Finance Controller

Senior Finance Controller leads financial operations for the Noblesville plant, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and optimal financial performance. You partner with plant leadership to analyze financials and drive improvements in cost, inventory, and budgeting. You'll oversee month-end, variances, and audits while shaping plant strategy. This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and financial leadership that aligns with Ambu's goals.

• Provide financial leadership and business partnership to plant leadership
• Oversee product cost and manufacturing financial performance including direct costs
• Lead analysis of material usage variances, labor variances, efficiency, and utilization
• Oversee inventory control for USNV and Ambu Inc., including valuation and reconciliations
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting including product cost, indirect costs, and CapEx
• Provide month-end financial support and communicate results to plant leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency
• Provide financial training and coaching to engineers, managers, and leaders
• Ensure financial activities align with company policies and Ambu goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial or accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
• Experience in plant finance, manufacturing finance, financial controlling, or cost accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cost accounting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
• Experience analyzing material usage, labor variances and efficiency
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and financial controls
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
