Director, Finance Transformation

In this role, you will lead Moderna's Finance transformation across FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and related areas, shaping a unified R2A roadmap. You'll partner with functional leaders to simplify and automate processes, upgrade data and technology, and implement scalable capabilities for faster, more insightful financial decision-making. You'll govern a multi-year transformation portfolio, ensuring adoption and measurable value. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role at a high-growth company.

• Develop and lead an integrated transformation roadmap across FP&A, Accounting and Tax
• Partner with functional leaders to simplify, standardize and automate Finance processes
• Translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives with clear objectives and milestones
• Lead cross-functional transformations from opportunity identification to adoption and benefits realization
• Improve Finance cycle times, data quality, controls, scalability, and decision support
• Shape Finance data, master-data, governance, and integration across systems
• Develop scalable analytics and P&L frameworks for performance visibility
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and self-service analytics across Finance workflows
• Own the transformation portfolio, monitor delivery and value realization
• Build governance, program-management disciplines, tools, and standards
• Coordinate change, adoption, and capability-building efforts across Finance and Digital

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years in Finance transformation, FP&A, Accounting, corporate finance, or related roles
• Strong understanding of R2A value chain and related data capabilities
• Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, and other enterprise finance tech
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Experience creating roadmaps, governance, and managing multiple programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and organizational skills
