Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional therapy services, utilizing a variety of modalities, including individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to client needs.

• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current licensure in good standing with the State Board, allowing for independent practice as an LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, or LMFT.
• Proven experience applying therapeutic modalities in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Specializations in trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, or child and adolescent therapy are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:
