Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client assessments, utilizing structured tools and frameworks to gather necessary information.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their goals and preferences.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring they can receive necessary support without disruption.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, using established electronic health record systems.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and collaboration with other mental health professionals to stay current in the field.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
