Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings using standardized instruments to evaluate client mental health and determine appropriate treatment protocols.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that take into account the individual challenges, preferences, and goals of each client.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic practices.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and case managers to coordinate holistic care that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional health of clients.
• Educate and guide clients' families on mental health issues, empowering them to support their loved ones effectively during the recovery process.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience
